How Our Kansas City Truss Manufacturing

Our Easy Process Gives You Truss Results
Done Right AND On Time
When it comes to your Kansas City area truss project, our streamlined process works efficiently AND punctually to bring you the highest-quality results. From the moment you first contact us to your final truss delivery, our easy, efficient five-step process makes your experience stress-free.
As a truss company that’s been around since 1998, we know how to do truss design, truss construction, and delivery seamlessly for the best results possible. No going over budget. No delays. No headaches.
Our Easy, Seamless Five-Step Truss Process
Our smooth five-step process gives you everything you need and nothing you don’t. Here are the five steps…
Initial Contact
Whether you come to our office, call us, or shoot us an email, we take down the details of your truss needs during your initial contact. Many contractors send us their needed measurements, but we’re more than willing to come out to your construction site and measure for ourselves.
Design Phase
After we get the details (measurements, structure considerations, desired aesthetics, etc.) we need, we design your trusses. Through our useful Eagle Metal design tool, we’ll send you a Cloud link where you can access your truss design and get a professional 3-D visual rendering of your project.
Approval Process
After you approve your truss design, we give you a copy of the design with a state seal to bring to your local city board for official approval. It typically takes the building board around two weeks to approve the design, but our state-sealed designs give your project a head start.
Truss Build
Once the design is approved by the city, we start building your trusses. The timeline of this process varies based on the size and scope of your project, but we always keep you updated. Once truss construction is complete, we package the bundles the right way (at the joint to prevent warped or bent wood) and prepare them for delivery.
Delivery Day
When truss construction is complete, and you’re ready to receive your trusses, we coordinate with you to schedule the best delivery date. We understand construction delays happen, so we stay flexible and schedule our deliveries around the best time for you. Using our DOT certified drivers, we deliver your truss project in excellent condition.
